About Loom & Hue
Loom & Hue reflects the heart of art therapy. A loom symbolizes the weaving together of life’s threads—memories, emotions, and experiences—into something meaningful and whole. ‘Hue’ represents the colors and vibrancy of the human spirit, the emotions we express, and the individuality we bring to the world. Together, Loom & Hue embodies the process of creating a tapestry of healing and self-discovery, where art becomes a tool for connection, growth, and transformation. Loom & Hue’s mission is to provide a safe and creative space for clients to explore their inner worlds, express themselves, and find beauty in their unique journey.

Loom
Symbolises the process of weaving, much like art therapy helps clients weave together fragments of their lives—memories, emotions, and experiences—into a cohesive and meaningful whole.
Represents the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, which art therapy nurtures through creative exploration.
A loom is a tool for creation, reflecting the transformative process of making art and finding new perspectives.

Hue
Reflects the emotional richness and diversity of human experience, as hues (colours) are often associated with feelings, moods, and memories.

Symbolises the vibrancy and individuality that art therapy seeks to uncover, helping clients express themselves in unique and personal ways.

Hues represent the artistic tools and materials used in therapy, such as paints, pastels, and markers, which bring clients’ inner worlds to life.

National Disability Insurance Scheme
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience the benefits of art therapy and, where applicable, we offer sessions that can be funded through the NDIS (self-managed or plan-managed). This way, individuals seeking emotional support and personal growth through creative expression can access our services with ease and confidence.
